HELI CPD20-38G2 electric forklift

HELI CPD electric forklifts are part of the G series. This model features a single drive motor and a front axle equipped with a differential.

The HELI CPD electric wheelchairs have an optimized ergonomic design that ensures better driving comfort. Smart and safe, and easy in all areas: automatic steering deceleration reduces the risk of tipping.

A convenient LCD display provides a complete overview of vehicle data at a glance. Three driving speed modes allow you to select the most suitable speed setting based on working conditions, ensuring more efficient and safer operation. The handle includes an audible warning signal for safer reversing. The optimized mast and reinforced overhead guard improve visibility and safety. The extremely low torque in the steering gear and the lighter steering operation reduce driving fatigue.

The lithium battery charges quickly, making it possible to recharge during breaks, allowing the forklift to be used in multi-shift operations. The lithium battery is also suitable for Finnish winter conditions and low temperatures. Compared to internal combustion forklifts, lithium-battery forklifts offer the advantages of silent operation, zero emissions, and minimal vibrations. Additionally, the HELI lithium battery is maintenance-free, energy-efficient, and has low overall operating costs.

The HELI CPD20-38 G2 model is available in three different equipment levels: GB2LI-H, GB2LI-M and CPD20-35 D11LiG2-P.

The HELI CPD20-38 G2 has an operating voltage of 80 V. The HELI CPD20-35 D11LiG2-P has an operating voltage of 115 V, and this model also has further improved travel and lifting speeds and electronics cooling, making it a very competitive tool as a replacement for a diesel forklift for heavy-duty use.
